REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At UndrDog Hemp, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before submitting a return request.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition;

  • Be unused or only reasonably inspected;

  • Include the original packaging whenever possible;

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Do not send items back until you have received return authorization.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or item damaged during transit), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged;

  • Defective;

  • Incorrect; or

  • Missing items,

Please include clear photographs of the issue so our team can evaluate your claim.

If approved, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement;

  • A refund; or

  • Store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care products;

  • Opened consumable products;

  • Products showing signs of misuse;

  • Gift cards;

  • Downloadable digital products;

  • Clearance or final sale items (where permitted by law).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements.


Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product following this policy and place a new order.


Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, although your financial institution may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing.

After an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery if it qualifies under this policy.


Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused or returned because:

  • An incorrect address was provided;

  • Delivery attempts were unsuccessful;

  • Customs duties or local taxes were refused (if applicable); or

  • The customer refuses delivery,

shipping costs and any carrier fees may be deducted from the refund.


Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment before issuing a replacement or refund.


Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank.

Our customer support team is committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using order records, shipping confirmations, tracking information, customer communications, and delivery confirmation where available.


Return Inspection

All returned products are inspected upon arrival.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that:

  • Show excessive wear or damage caused after delivery;

  • Are missing essential components;

  • Have been intentionally altered;

  • Do not match the original order; or

  • Otherwise fail to meet this Return Policy.
