SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through undrdoghemp.com.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

During periods of high demand, holidays, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has been shipped.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination and the shipping option selected.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather;

  • Carrier delays;

  • Customs inspections;

  • Transportation disruptions;

  • High shipping volumes;

  • Public holidays;

  • Natural disasters; or

  • Other unforeseen events.

UndrDog Hemp is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our reasonable control.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us immediately at:

If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the address.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible.


Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect address;

  • Failed delivery attempts;

  • Refused delivery; or

  • Unclaimed shipments

may be returned to us by the shipping carrier.

In these situations, customers may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, we will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement; or

  • Issue a refund.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the damage; and

  • Clear photographs of both the product and the packaging.

Our support team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped within the United States are generally not subject to import duties.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or government fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.


Delivery Confirmation

Once the shipping carrier marks an order as delivered to the address provided during checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been stolen or delivered incorrectly, please contact both the shipping carrier and our support team immediately.

We will assist in the investigation whenever possible.


Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments initiated by us.


Order Changes

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
